Project consisted of demolition and processing of concrete and steel building. Structure was built to very high standards for possible war time trauma. Large amounts of reinforced concrete and over size columns, beams, and footings where encountered.  Concrete Demo debris were processed and recycled into usable 3” minus product. All scrap metal was recycled to reduce waste and create revenue to off set demo cost. Project came in under budget with zero damage to attached building.

Most of the demolition was done with Asara’s 380 Volvo outfitted with Concrete Pulverizer
There was an old safe with concrete ceiling and walls 18" thick. It was no match for our hydraulic breaker.
As can be seen from this photo there was no short cuts when the structure was constructed there was a very tight grid of rebar throughout which was easily seperated from concrete using our pulverizer.
Project complete. No damage to section of building deemed to be salvageable even with tight tolarances.
