This demolition required some very precision work to avoid damaging the car dealership directly to the west of the building being taken down. It was in a very high exposure area with lots of on lookers. Roof over hangs where sitting at lot line and had to be cut by the specialized demo crew at Asara. Many by-standers watched as this task was completed hoping for a show, however the team completed the tasks exactly as planned, flawlessly. The back wall of the building also sitting on lot line was made of cinder blocks and one wrong move could cause substantial damage to the neighboring building. The excavator operator meticulously picked apart the wall piece by piece. End of the story is the walls and roof came down within property lines with zero damage to neighboring buildings or property.
