Project involves the construction of 310,000sq ft of mushroom growing and packing facilities. Scope involved for phase one of three includes cut and fill of approximately 170,000 cubic meters of material with elevation difference of 8 meters. In order to achieve flat building envelope an 800 lineal foot long lock block wall had to be constructed along neighbouring property line with some sections reaching heights of 25ft. Project also involved site clearing and grubbing, storm Managment and site servicing. Asara utilized there TopCon GPS system to achieve master precision on wall construction and to calculate site balance so no structural material had to be imported or exported. This was a very challenging and rewarding project. Once again Champs Mushrooms was a pleasure to work with.
